Brigitte Clark began her career in 2004 as a Senior Financial Auditor and moved to Manager of Special Accounting Programs for Houston ISD. She served as Comptroller in Port Arthur ISD in 2009-2010, moving to Cypress-Fairbanks ISD from 2010-2013 as Assistant Director of Financial Services. After serving as Goose Creek CISD's director of finance from 2013-2016, Brigitte became Chief Administrative Officer in Corpus Christi ISD for two years before accepting the Chief Financial Officer position for Gregory-Portland ISD in 2018. Brigitte received her Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Houston - Downtown, and her Master of Business Administration from the University of Houston. She is a CPA and is affiliated with numerous organizations, such as Government Finance Officers Association, Texas School Alliance and Texas Association of School Business Officials.

Anne Haehn began her career in education at Lake Dallas ISD in 2005 and currently serves as the district’s Chief Financial Officer. In this role, she is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the district’s financial operations, ensuring fiscal integrity, and supporting the district’s mission through strategic financial planning. Anne earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a minor in Economics from the University of Kansas. She is an active member of the Association of School Business Officials, the Texas Association of School Business Officials, and the Government Treasurers' Organization of Texas.  She also served for several years as treasurer for the Texas Skyward User Group.

Ms. Fleming serves as Deputy Treasurer in her hometown Austin Texas. She has an extensive 35+ year investment management career in public funds investment management, economics, and compliance. The career path began at the Texas Treasury investing multiple State funds and working on innovative programs as the State initiated a local government investment pool program. Followed by 10 years as a successful SEC registered investment advisory firm for public funds as CFO. She also served seven years as Treasurer of Austin ISD, managing investments, debt and implementing several innovative programs. As her only child graduated, she moved to the Texas Department of Transportation, managing all investment portfolios, and the State Infrastructure Bank. Her dream job appeared at the City of Austin in 2020, and currently manages all investment portfolios and is an elected member of the City’s Deferred Compensation Committee.

Ms. Cogburn started her career in public school finance in Lubbock ISD in 1995 and currently serves as the Deputy Superintendent for Finance and Operations for the Dripping Springs Independent School District (ISD). Elaine has served in eight school districts across Texas including Frenship ISD, Dallas ISD, Plano ISD and Leander ISD. This experience across the state has included all aspects of financial management and district operations where she has led many successful bond elections and two VATREs. Ms. Cogburn is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Texas and a TASBO Registered Texas School Business Administrator. She is also licensed by the Texas Department of Insurance as a general lines agent.  Elaine is a member of the Association of School Business Officials and the Texas Association of School Business Officials (TASBO) where she served as Board President. Elaine is a graduate of Texas Tech University with a BBA and MSA in accounting. Elaine has a grown daughter who lives and works in Houston as a Senior Registered Sales Associate in private wealth management and has two grandsons.

Mr. Eversole has over 33 years of experience in public school finance, serving as both the Deputy Superintendent and the Chief Financial Officer for the Lake Dallas Independent School District (ISD). His experience includes all aspects of financial management and district operations. He is a Certified Texas School Business Official. Wes was a member of the Association of School Business Officials, Texas Association of School Business Officials (TASBO), the Texas Association of School Boards, and the Government Treasurers’ Organization of Texas (GTOT). He has served the Governmental Treasurers’ organization as a board member and President. He has also served as board member and President of the DFW TASBO Affiliate Board of Directors, as President of the Texas Range Investment Program’s Advisory Board, as the Board President of the Region XI Benefit Co-op Board, as Treasurer of the Texas Association of Federally Impacted Schools and the Audit and Finance Committee Chair of the Texas Association of School Board's Risk Management Fund. Wes is a graduate of Southwest Texas State University at San Marcos with a BBA in accounting. Wes retired in the Fall of 2024 and is currently working part-time for Lake Dallas ISD, overseeing construction within the district.

Chief Investment Officer for Travis County since 2010, Debbie has held various financial and investment positions for both public and corporate entities. Previously, was responsible for investor relations at Active Power, Golfsmith, SigmaTel and Silicon Labs. From 1998-2000 worked in Temple-Inland's Treasury Department and managed cash and investments and capital financings. She began her investment career at Teacher Retirement System of Texas; initially as an equity analyst and then portfolio manager/investment officer over an 18-year period. Education: BBA in International Business and Finance at University of Texas and MBA in Management from St. Edwards University.

Mr. Peacock began his public sector employment in 1986 as an intern with the City of Grand Prairie. After graduation from UT Arlington in 1988, Eddie progressed in accounting and financial management positions for the cities of Grand Prairie, Keller, DeSoto and Flower Mound. Working as a consultant to local governments since 2002, Eddie provides interim financial management support, training and continuity to local governments. Eddie works with cities in establishing financial management strategic plans, operating and capital budget policies, investment policies and cash management programs, accounting, and other administrative financial policies. Eddie also specializes in initiating and completing annual financial reporting and budget publications for submission to GFOA awards programs including the Certificate of Achievement for Excellence in Financial Reporting and Distinguished Budget Awards. Eddie is a graduate of University of Texas at Arlington with a BBA in Accounting. Professional Certifications: CPA, Texas, Certified Governmental Finance Officer Professional Organizations: Texas Society of CPA’s, GFOA, GFOAT.
